We are all so busy. All the time. Doing this, doing that. When you think about it, it's kind of like spiraling downwards into an abyss of workload. The more we work, the busier we get instead saving time for later. Don't worry, I guess it happens to the best of us!
So here's something to try out for a break.
Do nothing for two minutes.
Nothing.
